SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard shipping takes four (4) to (11) business days at rates varying by product from $4.69-$12.99*.
All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
* These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.
** Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (shipping outside of the United States) is currently not available .

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and used condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact.raisedrank@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note the following items cannot be returned:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange for these items
Please Note
-A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
-Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
-Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, used, have any smells associated with tobacco use, etc.
